LIKE A CHAMBER ENSEMBLE, EVERY MEMBER OF THE TETRA SOCIETY PLAYS A VITAL ROLE.

Gift Planning Options

  • One of the simplest and most meaningful ways to support the Tetra String Quartet is by including a gift in your will or living trust. A bequest offers flexibility. It may be changed at any time (unless you choose to make it irrevocable) and can take many forms: a specific asset, a set dollar amount, a percentage of your estate, or even a gift contingent on other circumstances important to you.

  • By naming the Tetra String Quartet as the ultimate beneficiary of your IRA, 401(k), or other qualified retirement plan, you can create a lasting legacy while still taking required withdrawals during your lifetime. Any remaining assets will then pass tax-free to Tetra, ensuring that your gift continues to inspire and educate future generations.

  • If you own a life insurance policy that you no longer need, it can become a meaningful gift to the Tetra String Quartet. By naming Tetra as the beneficiary and owner of a paid-up policy, you may be eligible for an income tax deduction on a portion of its value.

  • If you have an existing donor-advised fund, you can add the Tetra String Quartet as a beneficiary. This simple and effective step ensures that your charitable intentions are honored and your legacy continues through Tetra’s mission.
